Oh my God, okay…can I just….? After GroffGate 2010 and that last Captain Spanky chapter, I needed something to restore my fictional faith Zach in Pinto as the greatest RP ship of all time. OF ALL TIME. And this did it. I have this deep, dirty secret need for them to get married. I don’t feel this way about anything else, but with these two I always want them to get married so at the beginning when Chris was asking Zach when he was going to put a ring on it, I was like, “YEEEEESSSS!!!!”
So much of this had me literally snorting in laughter (it was unattractive, really) and it was witty and so sweet and perfect. It was like whiskey shot for my soul. Also, I have to ask even at the risk of sounding like a super nerd: was the “That Guy” comment a veiled reference to that boom boom boom loud noises interview? Or was that just me reading too much into things? Because that happens. If it was, I’m putting a ring on this fic. For serious.
Reading this was kind of like getting in the car and having your favorite song some on the radio as soon as you turn it on. That feeling of…I don’t know, I can’t explain it, but it felt just like that and it was awesome.
