Also, weird request - I need some het or femmeslash recs (I know - totally weird, right?) ;-). I realized that I learned almost everything I know about writing slash from reading slash, and since I haven't read much fic or non-harlequin romance w/women, I have no idea what terms are commonly used. Like, do people actually write the word "panties" or is that considered ridiculous? Etc. For ease of research, I'm looking for explicit fics that are under 3k, and quality is more important than fandom. Thank you in advance for your smut recs :-D

Of course, these answers are referring to Shatner (AKA The Shat) as Kirk...I wonder if the answer would change with ST:XI.

I haven't decided on my answer yet.  I could definitely see them working together though...

And I have to say, I find Kirk/Spock and Sparrow/Norrington eerily similar in some ways...
