Thankful Post

Here are some things that I am thankful for right now - fandom and non fandom alike!
- My husband, Dan. Even though his job right now is super stressful (he teaches at an inner city school) he's been coming home and making dinner for me almost every night. And trust me, this boy does not mess around with his dinner making. I love him, I love being married, and I love our life together.
- Star Trek! Yes, this year I am thankful for this movie and the amazing fandom that has come with it. I am happy that it sucked me into writing fanfic and for all the people that read what I write and enjoy it!!!!! This is the most amazing thing to me and what inspires me to write more, and I am truly, truly thankful for that :-)
- I am thankful that I'm such good friends with my brother and that I get along so well with my family. I am truly looking forward to celebrating tomorrow and hanging out with my family for the rest of the weekend.
- I'm thankful for people who make LJ icons and share them and for the people who have introduced me to the sex on legs that is Karl Urban.
- I'm thankful for the other fic writers out there who write some truly, truly amazing shit, that stirs deep and varying emotions in me, that make me laugh and cry and get all hot and bothered.
- Johnny Depp
YES, I DO REALIZE THAT THESE PICTURES ARE, LIKE, EXACTLY THE SAME - AND I AM THANKFUL FOR THAT!!!!! :-D
- Glee!!! I don't have a picture, so instead, quotes! From tonight's episode:
