I can't remember the last time I cried (might have been during my aunt's funeral around Easter). This, however, did it. I don't have a dog, but while reading this I found myself wishing I had one I could cuddle for comfort. It was so sad, but also incredibly sweet, and I love how Chris was just there for Zach, completely. Beautiful, beautiful fic. Thanks for the good cry.
